asked the Minister of Health if he will re-establish the Welfare Centre Babies' Clinic, at Waltham, near Grimsby, which was closed down in 1939, and which is more urgently needed now that large numbers of families are occupying R.A.F. huts in the village.

I understand from the county council that an infant welfare clinic is still held fortnightly.
