§ Mr. GaitskellI regret that this information could not be obtained without a disproportionate amount of labour. It has been the practice in the past for officials at many collieries to receive allowances of free coal, and no official is now getting free coal who did not get it before the 103W vesting date. The National Coal Board have this question under review and have in fact withdrawn the allowances in a number of cases.
