HC Deb 04 August 1947 vol 441 c119W
93. Mr. G. Thomas

asked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware of the discomfort caused to omnibus travellers from Cardiff owing to the absence of shelter at Scott Street, Cardiff, terminus of the Rhondda Transport Company and at Cathays Park, terminus for the Western Valleys Transport Service; and what action he proposes to take.

Mr. Barnes

I am informed that the omnibus operators have had no complaints from passengers. I have no general powers to compel the erection of shelters.
