§ Mr. OliverIf the hon. Member is referring to aliens now being admitted to this country for work, this question will not arise until they can comply with the statutory qualifications for naturalisation, that is five years residence in the United Kingdom or Crown Service and an intention to continue to reside in the United Kingdom or Dominions.
