asked the Minister of Works the reason for the delay in renewing the timber licences to the Loxley Building Company, Limited, Orpington, for the rebuilding of Nos. 98 to 108, Court Road, Orpington, details of which were sent to the Regional Officer, 17, Cornwall Terrace, on 21st March; and, in view of the fact that the merchant has the goods ready for delivery, if he will cause the licence to be issued at once

There has been no undue delay. The renewed timber licences were issued on 2nd April.
