asked the Minister of Works if he is aware of the announcement by an official of the Welsh Board of Health at Caernarvon, on Saturday, 29th March, that the production of bricks in Wales falls short of requirements by 9,000,000 per month; whether he has any proposals that will assist in achieving a production that will meet requirements; and what steps he has taken to make available to the industry much-needed mechanised equipment that will enable them greatly to increase the monthly brick production
