HC Deb 17 April 1947 vol 436 c31W
Mr. G. Sharp

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether, and for what purpose, full use is now being made of the 40,000 square feet factory, formerly occupied by Messrs. Greenwood and Batley, at Gomersal, near Leeds; and when he anticipates that this will be used again for production.

Sir S. Cripps

This factory is at present being fully used by the Ministry of Supply for storage of machine tools and will be required for this purpose until the end of the year. Its future use will be reviewed in good time.
