Mr. Wilkesasked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster what steps have been taken to implement the decision of November, 1946, to appoint German custodians as a prelude to the nationalisation of certain German industries; and whether there has been any change of policy in this matter and what is the reason for the delay.
