HC Deb 30 October 1946 vol 428 c114W
Mr. Harrison

asked the Secretary of State for War in view of the particular circumstances of the Polish forces in this country if he will take immediate steps to withdraw all arms and munitions from these troops.

Mr. Bellenger

Heavy equipment and ammunition have already been withdrawn from nearly all Polish troops in this country and in future they will be withdrawn before the troops start for this country. Personal arms and ammunition are withdrawn from Polish troops before they enlist in the Polish Resettlement Corps.
