asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty the wages paid to shipkeepers employed by the Royal Dockyard, Devonport, and the hours worked by them.

The rate of wages paid to shipkeepers employed at the Royal Dockyard, Devonport, is 85s. 9d. a week. No particular hours of employment are prescribed for these men; their rate of pay covers attendance as required.
