§ 105. Major Mott-Radclyffeasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether His Majesty's Government associated themselves with the contents of a letter, dated 24th September, addressed to the Bulgarian Prime Minister by Mr. Byrnes, requesting the fulfilment of certain conditions in order to ensure free elections on 27th October.
Mr. McNeilThe views of His Majesty's Government were already sufficiently well known to the Bulgarian Government and no communication was considered necessary on that occasion.
