HC Deb 29 October 1946 vol 428 c74W
93. Mr. C. Smith

asked the Secretary of State for War how many captured enemy weapons, other than firearms, which have been confiscated from, or surrendered by, personnel returning from overseas have been transmitted to the Ordnance Depot in Colchester; under what procedure they have been taken on charge; and how they have been disposed of.

Mr. Bellenger

My information is that no captured enemy weapons confiscated from or surrendered by personnel returning from overseas have been sent to the Ordnance Depot at Colchester.
