§ Mr. C. S. Taylorasked the Assistant Postmaster-General whether he is aware that there is a shortage of application forms for old age pensions; that some Post Offices have been without these forms for over a month; and what steps he proposes to take to remedy this shortage.
§ Mr. BurkeYes, Sir; I regret that owing to exceptional demands coinciding with printing difficulties there has been a shortage of these forms, which the Post Office distributes as agent for other Departments. Supplies are now fairly satisfactory and outstanding demands from local Post Offices have been met.
