§ Mr. BarnesThe Sea Passages Priority Board is composed of officials representing the Government Departments directly concerned in securing passages for persons travelling in the national interest. These Departments are: the Service Depart- 277W ments; Treasury; Colonial, Dominions, Foreign, Home and India Offices; the Board of Trade and my Ministry.
