§ Sir W. Darlingasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will consider issuing instructions this year that the flag of the Cross of St. Andrew be flown on all public buildings in Scotland on St. Andrew's Day.
§ Mr. WestwoodIn accordance with a practice instituted in 1944, the St. Andrew's Saltire is flown on St. Andrew's Day along with the Union Flag on all Government buildings in Scotland where that can appropriately be done.
