§ Mr. Timmonsasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he intends to introduce legislation at an early date to give some protection to small business people in the way of security of tenure of small business premises.
§ Mr. WestwoodI would refer the hon. Member to the answer which I gave to the hon. Member for North Edinburgh (Mr. Willis) on 15th October. The matter is being kept under review, but meantime I am unable to hold out any prospect of legislation.
