§ Mr. TomlinsonI assume the hon. Member is referring to the float stocks made available to builders' joiners in the earlier quarters of this year. The supply of softwood is at present insufficient to permit of the allocation of further float stocks or the renewal of licences granted in the third quarter and not used.
