I do not agree that flocks of black-faced Suffolk sheep are rapidly being annihilated; I see no justification for raising the price of all mutton in order to stimulate the rearing140W of a particular breed of sheep; and in any case I am not prepared to review the prices of particular farm products in between the reviews for which provision is made in the agreed procedure.
