§ Mr. BellengerHis Majesty's Government are satisfied that a scheme of repatriation based on length of captivity is the fairest and therefore, as I explained to my hon. Friend on 29th October, these young men must await their turn under that scheme. In this country, under 91W arrangements made by my hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, certain young men are selected for a special course of re-education and I have arranged for this to take place in a separate camp.
