HC Deb 06 November 1946 vol 428 cc276-7W
Mr. Dodds-Parker

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies which of the Colonial Governments have followed the example of the Sudan Government in chartering an aircraft to take officials to and from leave in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Creech Jones

The Palestine Government recently chartered an aircraft to carry officials proceeding on and returning from leave, but so far as I am aware no Colonial Government has adopted a similar course.
