§ Mr. Dodds-Parkerasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies when he intends to publish a White Paper containing the Rooke Report on the state of communications in Nyasaland.
Mr. Creech JonesMr. Rooke was specially appointed to inquire into detailed questions of rail and road freights, in order to assist the Nyasaland Govern-268W ment in dealing with certain problems which are still under consideration. It is not intended to publish his report as a White Paper. The question of local publication is a matter for the Government of Nyasaland.
