Dugdaleasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that those attending a lecture on the morning of Saturday 19th October, at the barracks, Richmond, Yorkshire, were subjected to Communist propaganda and that no time was given by the lecturer for subsequent discussion; and what steps are taken by his Department to ensure that political lectures given to the forces are kept free from party political bias.
