§ The Prime MinisterDuring the absence of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Air at the Assembly of the United Nations in New York, the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Air Ministry. Questions of major importance are referred to me.
