§ 104. Wing-Commander Hulbertasked the Minister of Transport if he is now able to announce the constitution of the Appeal Tribunal, for the appointment of whose three members he is responsible under Clause 15 of the Road and Rail Traffic Act, 1933, the chairman only of which he appointed in August.
§ Mr. BarnesI regret that I am not yet in a position to announce the names of the members, other than the Chairman, 183W of the Appeal Tribunal under Section 15 of the Road and Rail Traffic Act, 1933, but I hope to do so shortly.
