§ Mr. DaltonNo permission has been given for foreign loans. Permission has, of course, been given for many commercial transactions, involving credit in the ordinary way of business, and some of these have benefited by the operations of the Export Credits Guarantee Department. I am not prepared to publish details of such private transactions.
