HC Deb 04 November 1946 vol 428 c180W
107. Mr. J. Lewis

asked the Minister of Transport if he is aware of serious inconvenience caused to passengers in the West of England due to the suspension of the shipping service between Fishguard and Rosslare; and if he will undertake to restore the service at the earliest possible moment.

Mr. Barnes

The service will be restored when the work of reconditioning a vessel recently released from Government service has been completed.
