Mr. Daǵǵarasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that the Abertillery Urban District Council have just made arrangements for the erection of 36 houses as part of a housing scheme, but that work cannot commence without the supply of two five-ton lorries; and if he is taking steps to provide these vehicles.
