§ Mr. Ness Edwards:I would refer the hon. Member to the statement my right hon. Friend made at the end of Questions on Tuesday, 30th April, which applies to Agricultural students as well as to other students. My right hon. Friend has arranged for copies of an explanatory note to be available for hon. Members at the Vote Office towards the end of this week.
