§ Mr. BurkeA return to prewar rates of telephone rentals and other telephone charges would, on the current level of business, involve a loss to the cash revenue of the Post Office of the order of412W £10,000,000, together with a loss of credit of £4,000,000 in respect of services to Government Departments at present rendered without adjustment in cash.
