§ 35. Mr. Watkinsasked the Minister of Health if he is aware that delay in arranging housing loans to rural district councils is holding up building arrangements; and what action does he propose to take in such cases.
§ Mr. Bevan1 am aware that there have been some delays in arranging loans and I am at present investigating the cause with a view to speeding up the procedure. If my hon. Friend knows of any case 399W where it is thought that building has been delayed for this reason I should be glad to look into it.
