§ Mr. BarnesBelow is a list of authorised parking places. It is the responsibility of the local authority to provide parking places and I have asked the appropriate authorities in London to take urgent action in this matter, both in the provision of temporary car parks and as regards a survey of additional parking places in suitable streets. Consideration of the point referred to in the last part of the Question can be taken into account in the plans which must be made for more permanent car parks off the highways.
