§ Mr. BarnesI regret that particulars of the horse power of private motor cars licensed are not available. This information was obtained before the war by a census of mechanically-propelled road vehicles which was carried out in September of each year. No such census has366W yet been taken since the war, the last being that relating to September, 1938.
