§ Sir W. Smilesasked the Minister of Education if she will invite 20 teachers from the U.S.S.R. to spend three weeks' holiday in this country on the understanding that a similar number of teachers from this country are allowed' to visit the U.S.S.R. at the same time.
§ Miss WilkinsonThe Soviet authorities have been invited to send a delegation to this country to discuss exchanges of teachers and students. These discussions would include such an exchange of holiday visits as that suggested by the hon. Member.
