§ Mr. Goodrichasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies why facilities have been given to Sheikh Abd El Sattar, an Egyptian citizen, to enter Palestine and organise branches of the Moslem Brotherhood on the lines of the fanatical and xenophobian Moslem Brotherhood Association in Egypt.
