§ Mr. StracheyThe reply which was sent by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries drew attention to the joint announcement by the Agricultural Departments about winter rations for livestock. The export of prepared poultry food to France, to which my hon. Friend refers, was in exchange for an equivalent quantity of groundnuts.
