§ Mr. BelcherIt is not practicable to give a comprehensive answer on this matter within the limits of Question and answer. Steps which have so far been taken to facilitate industrial activity in North Wales include the scheduling of Wrexham and district as a development area with the object of bringing the Marchwell R. O. F. into use for civilian production, the approval of seven new factories and extensions and the allocation for civilian production of five Government factories. These projects, when completed and in full production, should employ about 9,000 people.
