HC Deb 26 February 1946 vol 419 cc369-70W
Mr. Garry Allighan

asked the Secretary of State for War whether he will make arrangements for relatives to visit St. Manviev British Cemetery in France during the summer.

Mr. Lawson

As I have stated in reply to similar Questions in the past I regret that it is not at present possible to make arrangements for such visits, and I do not anticipate that the transport situation will have improved sufficiently to enable anything in this direction to be done during this summer. The question will, however, be carefully considered at the earliest appropriate time.
