asked the Minister of Wai Transport why the 9.30 a.m. train from Norwich to Liverpool Street, on Sunday 10th February, was an hour late; and whether this unpunctuality is normal with this particular train.

Mr. Barnes:

This train was 62 minutes late on Sunday, 10th February. The causes were engine trouble and delays measure of decentralisation in the working of the new scheme. and there will certainly be a central office in Scotland, with supporting local offices
