§ Mr. Stubbsasked the Minister of Labour if he will make clear the procedure to be followed by farmers and; workers in His Majesty's forces to secure release under Class B and the special block grant release scheme, in view of the difficulties experienced by farmers and workers; of which details have been sent to him.
