§ Captain MacLeodasked the Minister of Labour whether, in view of the shortage of graduate entrants to the teaching and other professions, he will favourably consider the release from the Forces of those university students who have already passed part of their M.A. or B.A. degree, in order that they may now be allowed to return to complete their course with all possible speed.
