§ Mr. IsaacsAs provided by Section 1 (1) of the National Service (Release of Conscientious Objectors) Bill, conscientious objectors will not be released from their conditions until after the date fixed for the release from the Army of all ranks in the corresponding age and service groups. Thus conscientious objectors will not be released before the date fixed for the release of the Army officers whose release has been deferred.
