§ Mr. Solleyasked the Lord President of the Council whether the committee appointed by him to consider the policies governing the use and development of scientific manpower and resources has submitted an Interim Report and, if so, whether he will authorise its publication.
Mr.H.MorrisonI have not yet received an Interim Report from the Committee to which my hon. Friend refers. When I do I will give careful consideration to the question of publication.
