asked the Minister of Health if his attention has been drawn to a case in the Lichfield rural district where an owner retook possession of an empty house after the council had served notice of requisition; and what action should the council now take.

Mr. Bevan

I am aware of this case. I do not think it would be proper for me to suggest what action the Council should take until I have their report. Further inquiries are being made.
