§ Mr. T. WilliamsI regret that wire netting supplies are not sufficient to allow any 27W further relaxation of control at present if essential agricultural needs are to be met. It is, however, already permissible for any person to acquire without licence new wire netting of an amount not exceeding 100 lineal yards per month, or any quantity of used wire netting.
