§ 86. Mr. W. Fletcherasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies the amount of money received by the Custodian of Enemy Property for Malaya and the Federated Malay States up to 30th October, 1946; and the amount of money disbursed.
Mr. Creech JonesDuring the period ending on 15th February, 1942, the Custodian received 960,429 Malayan dollars and 52 cents. and disbursed 109,982 dollars and nine cents. The Custodian's receipts from the 15th September, 1945, up to the end of October, 1946, were 20,053,153 dollars and 18 cents., and in the same period he disbursed 3,625,462 dollars and 70 cents.
