§ Mr. P. Noel-BakerThe present list of Service airfields which may be used by civil aircraft has been agreed with my noble Friend the Minister of Civil Aviation. Two R.A.F. airfields and one naval airfield are open to all privately owned civil aircraft. Thirty-six other R.A.F. airfields, and three other naval airfields may be used by aircraft on charter or on scheduled services. I am always ready to consult my noble Friend the Minister of Civil Aviation on the use of additional R.A.F. airfields by civil aircraft Civil aircraft may, of course, always make emergency landings at Service airfields.
