§ Mr. Hardyasked the Minister of Health if he is aware that the Salford City Council some time ago let several contracts for the building of permanent houses and flats; that the contractors have been on the site for six months but no house has yet been completed; and, as Salford has a waiting list of over 7,000 people waiting for houses, if he will state the cause of the delay.
