§ Mr. Hollisasked the Minister of Food whether he is aware that there are certain food offices which profess ignorance of the regulation entitling children under five to priority egg rations; and if he will take steps to make the position clear.
§ Mr. StracheyPriority allowances of eggs are restricted to those who require them on medical grounds and to young children between six months and two years old. Food offices have been fully instructed with regard to their allowances but if the hon. Member will let me know of any case of difficulty I shall be glad to look into it.
