§ Mr. Hollisasked the Minister of Food whether he is aware that the allocation of dried fruits on the basis of part sugar registrations inflicts hardship on grocers and customers where the number of sugar registrations has been increased; and whether he will make the allocation on the basis of current sugar registrations.
§ Mr. StracheyCommencing with the four-week period commencing 13th October next the allocations will be based upon the current sugar registrations. It is not possible to introduce this revised basis at an earlier date.
