The composition of the of the working party was as follows: Dr. W. P. Alexander, Ph.D.; Mr. E. G. Savage, C. B.; Mr. F. Barraclough; Miss I. Haswell; Mr. W. Griffith; Mr. H. H. Cartwright, together with three officers of my Department.
